Good thing you started this before you went to the Slam Jam. You don’t want to be like my husband, standing outside the hotel door at 3 in the morning because he woke up and had to have a cigarette in a hotel where smoking is strictly prohibited (with a sign posted saying that there will be a $200 room cleaning fee imposed for violators!) More and more places are outlawing this practice, including car rental companies.

I pick up my husband’s stop smoking medication tonight. Wish him luck!

Smoking, I’m told, is one of the hardest. Sugar ain’t easy either.

I heard that 21 day mess many years ago and fell for it too. My experience says it takes that long for the seedling of change to take root but much longer for it to manifest.
